★ Chairman: Huang Jinhui

Huang Jinhui assumes the roles of chief accountant, legal representative and chief partner of Reanda. He graduated from Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and received MA degree. He is a senior accountant and member of Chinese Communist Party. Huang Jinhui is a Chinese CPA with the qualification for practicing the securities’ and futures’ businesses, a Chinese Certified Public Valuer and a Certified Tax Agent. He has worked, studied and researched in over 40 Asian, European, American and African countries and gained rich theoretical and practical experience in local and foreign finance, accounting, auditing, tax, consultation, M&A and re-organization. He has assumed the post of Chief Auditor in nearly 10 large and super large SOEs and over 10 companies listed in local and foreign securities market. At present, Huang Jinhui takes the following roles: member of executive committee of All China Federation of Industry & Commerce (ACFIC), chief supervisor of chambers of commerce directly under ACFIC, member of executive council of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CICPA), executive director of Capital Entrepreneurs' Club (CEC), a member of standing committee of Beijing Federation of Industry & Commerce, executive director of Beijing Institute of Certified Public Accounts, and Vice- President of Beijing Intermediary Organization Public Figure Friendship Association.

Huang Jinhui has received a number of special honors, including: “National Advanced Individual of Returned Overseas Chinese Scholars” and “Returned Overseas Chinese Scholar Achievement Award” medal granted by six ministries and commissions such as the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee in September 2003; “Excellent Builder of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics” medal awarded by five ministries and commissions such as the United Front Work Department of the CPC Central Committee in December 2004; honor title of “Excellent Communist Party Member” awarded by Communist Party Committee of Beijing Association of Certified Public Accountants in 2004, 2005 and 2007 respectively; glorious title of “Beijing Excellent Accounting Worker” granted by Beijing Finance Bureau, Beijing Personnel Bureau in November 2005; “True Feelings Transfer Service” celebrity of 2005 of Jianguomen Neighborhood granted by Beijing Jianguomen Neighborhood Labor Union and Beijing Jianguomen Neighborhood Office, and “May 1” labor medal of Beijing Dongcheng District awarded by Beijing Dongcheng District Committee, District Government and District Federation of Trade Unions in 2006; a candidate of representatives to Beijing 10th Party Meeting determined by Beijing Work Committee for Offices directly under CCCPC in March 2007; “China Top 10 Economic Celebrities” of 2008 appraised in July 2008.

★ Vice-Chairwoman: Zhang Yan
Zhang Yan is now superintendent and partner of Reanda and superintendent of Zhuhai Branch. She is a member of Chinese Communist Party. She graduated from Accounting Department of Heilongjiang Finance and Trade College, and then received EMBA of International East-West University of the United States. She is an auditor and a Chinese CPA qualified for practicing businesses related to securities and futures. She worked for Heilongjiang Linkou County People’s Bank, Mudanjiang Auditing Bureau, and Zhuhai Special Economic Region CPA Firm, and assumed the position of superintendent of CPA Firm of Zhuhai Special Economic Region. She has been long engaged in accounting audit and gained abundant audit experience and management experience. She took charge of listing and special audits for many large enterprises.

★ Vice-Chairman: Jiang Bo

Jiang Bo is now a partner of Reanda and superintendent of Liaoning branch. He is a member of China Democratic League. He graduated from Central University of Finance and Economics, with his MA degree and a lecturer title for colleges and universities. He has the qualification as a Chinese CPA and Chinese Certified Public Valuer. He gave lectures in Liaodong College. Jiang Bo took the posts of Assistant to the superintendent of Dandong Jiangcheng CPA Firm, superintendent of Dandong Zhonghui CPA Firm, and superintendent of Dandong Zhongpeng CPA Firm. He joined Reanda in 1999 and took the role of General Manager and Chairman of Liaoning Reanda CPA Firm. He is now a council member of Liaoning Economics and Culture Promotion Union, member of Expertise Committee of Liaoning Assets Appraisal Society, council member of Liaoning Association of Certified Public Accountants, and council member of Liaoning Assets Evaluators Association.
