Since its foundation, Reanda abides by the people-oriented principle
and attracts all talents available. Through 15 years of development,
Reanda has a group of industrious, capable and vigorous professional
talents in auditing, evaluation, finance, taxation, accounting,
management consultation, investment & financing, and project
cost etc. Reanda has a staff over 1500 (more than 550 in Beijing
headquarters), averaged about 30 years old, including nearly 500
CPAs (over 40 CPAs qualified for in securities dealing), 60 CPVs,
and more than 20 CTAs. About 10% of them worked or studied overseas,
and many have worked for ¡°Top Four¡± accounting firms. Some are experts
from Taiwan and Malaysia specialized in consultation and international
accounting standards. One-third of the employees engaged in international
business have international practicing qualifications such as ACCA
(The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) and CGA (Certified
General Accountant). Over 96% of employees have college education
or above. There are senior accountants and senior engineers representing
6% of the employees.
Reanda employees have different educational and occupational backgrounds,
ranging from economic management, finance & trade, mechanics
and electronics, literature and arts, as well as engineering and
technology, which facilitate the employees to favorably offer services
to different trades and fields. In the course of its development
